3D-aided design and simulation

Every unit starts as a 3D model, so gear geometry, housing stiffness and shaft loading are resolved before the first cut. Customer assemblies can be checked against our envelope early.

High precision CNC machining

Housings, shafts and flanges are machined on CNC to ISO 286 tolerance grades IT4 to IT7, which is what keeps bearing seats, spline fits and gear centres repeatable batch to batch.

Automatic heat treatment

Gears and shafts are quenched under controlled, automatic cycles to achieve high and consistent surface hardness. That is the difference between a gearbox that lasts a season and one that lasts a decade.

Robotic welding

Drive pipe and fabricated assemblies are welded in robotic cells for consistent penetration and repeatable geometry on long components.

Pre-delivery testing rig

Units are run on custom gearbox testing rigs to verify noise, vibration, temperature rise and sealing before they are packed. Nothing ships untested.
