Gears and shafts are quenched to achieve high surface hardness where the load is carried, with a tough core that resists shock from stones and root mass.
Low noise and low vibration. Spheroidal graphite iron gives high material durability and long service life, and damps the drivetrain rather than amplifying it.
High quality oil seals and bearings keep dust and field water out and lubricant in. Those are the two failure modes that actually strand an implement.
Every gearbox is run on a custom testing rig before despatch, so what leaves Dhuri has already turned under load.
